Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is a distinguished professional from the fields of nutrition, pharmacology, biology, kinesiology and medicine formulate nutritional solutions that are based on solid science and created with the highest-quality ingredients. They are seeking customer service representatives!!

Must be available to work anytime between 8a-10p

· Bilingual is a plus: Spanish or French

· Mostly inbound calls, length can last from a few minutes to 10-15 minutes

· Fast paced calls

· Some emailing

· Most of the calls are placing orders, issues with shipments or questions on the compensation

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

· Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

· Maintains customer records by updating account information.

· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

· Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

· Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

· Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

2-3 years in customer service required
