Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will assist with overflow calls in the Customer Service Department. The position will also involve monitoring call workload to assist in ensuring calls are being handled promptly. A very strong service attitude is vital to this position. During slower times, the Customer Service Representative may also assist with light administrative duties so some proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. This is a project expected to last approximately three months during peak workload but could be extended. Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, $14.00/hour
