The Job Window is seeking an Customer Service & Promotions Assistant for a leading marketing firm that specializes in the creation of retail brand experiences for product launches and brand promotions. The Entry Level Promotions Assistant will play an integral role in the Event Marketing Division, working with innovative, goal-oriented, fun individuals to execute campaigns that are faithful to the client’s brand and beneficial to the consumer. The Entry Level Promotions Assistant will be working on projects that are directly partnered with several of the largest retailers in North America. These promotions utilize a unique approach to marketing and advertising that creates a positive image and brand relationship for our clients while also generating a greater market share in their respective industries. Over the past year, this client list has doubled, which is why additional Promotions Assistants are needed to meet campaign demands.

To meet the increasing marketing and advertising needs of existing clients, the Entry Level Promotions Assistant will be trained in all areas of the campaign and establish areas of expertise. This includes but is not limited to:

• Event Management
• Marketing Communications
• Promotional Advertising & Product Demonstration
• Visual Merchandizing
• Campaign Development
• Retail Event Sales
• Customer Service / Client Relations
• Consumer / Production Traffic

Requirements of the Entry Level Promotions Assistant

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail, sales, or customer service environment is an asset
