Host / Hostess - Jenny Lake Lodge - Summer Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Do you have f&b experience? Do you enjoy greeting guests and making a first impression? Are you interested in working and living in Grand Teton National Park? Are you looking for an Experience of a Lifetime? If you answered, “Yes” to these questions, this position is great for you!

The Host / Hostess’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as controlling the flow of guests to maximize guest service
• Providing warm and friendly conversation
• Take reservations, provide accurate wait times and create seating charts
• Adherence to all brand standards in assisting guests and always insure the guest’s satisfaction

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
• Must have excellent people skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Able to work long hours and varied shifts

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• F&B experience
• 2 years of guest service experience
• Prior cashier experience
• Prior Point of Sale experience

Our season is typically from May through October.
