We are seeking a transformational leader to elevate our Agile practices. This leader will partner with our Engineering Agile leaders to collaborate, lead and support the Agile maturity journey of our organization. A transition from a waterfall/process heavy structure has been evolving in our organization, but has been mainly driven by Engineering. As a Shared Services Group that supplies execution support and visibility to our efforts, we are looking to hire an experienced Agile leader that can help define our journey and then lead the Shared Services Organization in support of it.Â
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive transformational Agile change to existing Structure and Process in support of Software Delivery
Be the Shared Services Champion for Agile execution
Partner with Agile leaders to define, establish and deliver on the organizations Agile charter
Lead a distributed team to drive Agile practices into Shared Services
Cultivate relationships both internally and externally to deliver quality software
Active engagement with Engineering leaders to ensure process/structure and reporting of our efforts
Active engagement with business partners to ensure access to knowledgeable personnel and visibility to program/project execution
Cultivating business relationships to provide leadership in a highly matrix environment
Providing point of escalation for executional workflow challenges
Providing subject matter expertise in areas including program and project management, executional best practices and Agile methodology
Provide leadership to process improvement and other initiatives as assigned

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Agile development environment and Agile best practices
Ability to lead and influence internal and external partners
10+ years of professional Software Development / PMO management experience
Experience leading teams (25 - 50+), both on and off shore
Must have a track record of Enterprise success being able to lead and influence both internal and external partners
Must be able to work in one of the following offices: Raleigh, NC, Boston, MAÂ or Eden Prairie, MN
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience
Graduate degree
PMP
Track record of successfully collaboratingÂ
SAFe
