Primary Responsibilities:

Coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas of pharmacy operations that support UHC Community and State
Building Project Plans
Coordinating Implementations
Scheduling Project meetings and follow-ups
Identifying deliverables / milestones
Reporting on project status to colleagues, clients and senior management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience
2+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel (Pivot Tables desired) Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are required i.e. the ability to communicate your ideas in a clear, concise manner
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Preferred Qualifications:

BA / BS degree in Business Administration or Healthcare
Healthcare industry experience
Background in retail pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management
Experience in a highly matrixed organization
PMP Certification
