Home Instead Senior Care seeks a reliable, responsible, and detail oriented individual to join our team as an Office Associate. As the world's trusted source of non-medical services for seniors, we help people stay in their homes for as long as possible by providing services such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and running errands. Our CAREGivers also provide personal care services helping with bathing, toileting and grooming.
 
The Office Associate position is a part-time position that requires the employee to work up to 25 hours during normal business hours of the Monday to Friday work week. The Office Associate is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and supporting other office positions. 
 
The ideal person for this position has excellent communication skills, exercises good judgment, works independently and can multi-task.  If your situation allows you to be focused and dedicated to our clients and CAREGivers, then this may be the perfect job for you!
 
Additional Information:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
  • Hourly pay.
