Consumer Relations Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking customer service reporesentatives to work in Lititz for a manufacturing company

RESPONSIBILITIES

Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, and alert Supervisor of trends that may impact the business and share feedback with larger group

Has latitude to suggest and develop processes that will enhance and automate our current communication with consumer

Understand the "trouble points" on products and is able to walk consumer through problem solving

Conduct administrative follow-up work to evaluate and improve consumer satisfaction

Maintain a consumer satisfaction process that identifies and achieves satisfaction metrics established by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service or sales experience preferred; Call Center experience a plus

Experience with providing support via Live Chat a plus

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
