Position Overview

Campus Recruiting Intern

As an Undergraduate Intern at PNC, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Campus Recruiting team throughout the recruiting process for our Development Programs and Summer Internship Programs.

Your responsibilities could include:
 
  • Preparation and coordination of campus recruiting events
  • Facilitate candidate processes – could include scheduling interviews, conducting phone interviews, candidate status updates, etc.
  • Assist with Super Day preparation and execution
  • Recruiting system management – applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management system
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
This position requires 20-40 hours/week and is located in Pittsburgh, PA.  Prospective candidates must be available for a full semester (August – December).
 

Job Profile


  • Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
  • Performs or assists with the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. deal, sales, or process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
  • Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g. identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach)

Required Education and Experience
