The Employee Village Attendant is responsible for the overall operation and cleanliness of the employee village: dormitory housing for approximately 500 employees, laundry facilities, and recreation facilities. This individual is additionally responsible for housekeeping, including the cleaning public restrooms and public areas, and grounds keeping for a 90-site employee RV park.
The “must haves” for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred
- Should possess strong verbal communication skills to deal effectively with employees, supervisors, and management personnel
- Ability to accurately maintain housing records, handle money, and perform administrative functions.
- Should be able to handle Resident Coordinator-Employee relations on a confidential level
- Knowledge of basic knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning techniques
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park
- Previous Housekeeping experience
