SUMMARY: Supervises the operations in a specific food service restaurant and/or stand. Responsible for the high standards of service efficiency, sanitation, cleanliness and training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all facets of service, production, quality and controls. Ensures policies and procedures of the tour and the food services dept. are followed. Enforces established safety practices and quality standards are maintained. Accountable for all sales and operating transactions in compliance with the policies and procedures.
• Prepares service and production staff schedules in accordance with forecasted business volume. Responsible to alter production and employee needs with the varying daily business volumes.
• Plans for and ensures that all personnel, facilities and materials are in complete readiness for operation. Maintain food and supplies par stocks, requisition accordingly and complete physical inventories as required.
• Responsible for and monitors all direct operating expenses for the area of responsibility. Completes all required forms and paperwork.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School education with some college education in food services.
• Minimum of two years practical experience supervisory experience an asset.
