This position will be responsible for supervising a team in an outbound call center responsible for outreach to our Medicare and Retirement members helping to complete recommended preventative health screenings.  The position will be onsite in our Maryland Heights, MO office, working Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Travel may be required both in state and out of state to visit providers as needed.
 
Primary Responsibilities:


Oversee the clinical administrative coordinator staff and review their performance metrics
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members who are not meeting production standards
Conduct training sessions in order to educate the staff on new processes and procedures
Have 1-on-1 meetings with the staff and do quality audits of their work
Handle escalated issues pertaining to staff
Travel both in state and out of state to visit providers as needed
Complete other duties as assigned
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Able to type 45 - 50 WPM with accuracy
2+ years of Telephonic Customer Service experience
2+ years of Healthcare background with a familiarity of Medical Terminology of Clinical issues
2+ years of Microsoft Word & Excel experience
1+ year knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
1+ year of leadership experience
Ability to travel both in state and out of state as needed
 
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a Physician office, Provider Office or Medical Office
Bachelors degree
EMR knowledge and experience
Professional supervisory experience
