Select Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to Equipment Control, Tracking and Maintenance, in addition to, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Cycle Counts and Inventory Reports.
Primary Responsibilities:


Assist in monitoring Pharmacy Supplies inventory within pharmacy mail order computer system.

Assembles orders from tickets to ready for shipment to client.

Processes drug purchases, verifies shipments against invoices, follows up on discrepancies.

Maintains proper storage of Pharmacy Supplies inventory.

Tracks locations of returnable Pharmacy equipment such as Drug dispensing pumps.

Processes, packs and ships outgoing pharmacy orders.

Schedules delivery of Pharmacy supplies and Drugs with Patient for home delivery.

Occasional deliveries.
This position requires ACHA Level II Background checks (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida and will require renewal every five years. This is for FL residents only.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



High School Diploma or GED
Ability to use Windows based computer program after training to track Pharmacy Supplies inventory
Must be able to navigate a PC
1+ year experience in position requiring Warehouse, and Inventory Control
Preferred Qualifications:
 

Experience maintaining PAR Levels of inventory for distribution or other type business.
