Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools
Communicate project and initiative updates to key stakeholders

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
10 or more years of work experience in a corporate setting
3+ years of recent or current experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead
7 or more years of Health care experience working with claims data and medical codes
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Claims processing experience
UHG claims platform experience
Project management
Reporting and data analysis
SOP and workflow documentation
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
