We are currently seeking Customer Service Call Center Representatives to work in the Linthicum, MD area. The representatives will be responsibile for working with members on multiple levels but not limited to the following:
*Candidates must have prior experience working in a healthcare call center*
Interacting by phone with members.
Assisting members with questions regarding claims, EOBs and other various items regarding coverage.
Describing products and services, responding to questions, and obtaining customer information.
Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers or potential customers.
Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts, orders, and payments.
