Responsibilities & Requirements of All Youfit Employees

• Maintain a CPR/AED certification. Certification opportunities will be coordinated by Youfit.

Director of Sales / Personal Training Sales Manager YouCoach Responsibilities & Requirements
The YouCoach director oversees the operations of the YouCoach department and always leads by example. YouCoach director is responsible for the overall production and success of the YouCoach department. The YouCoach director reports directly to the General Manager and their District Manager.

• Recruit, hire, manage, & develop the YouCoach Staff
• Maintain all sales percentages & requirements
• Consistently achieve sales goals
• Work closely with GM to maintain member relationships & cultivate referrals.
• Oversee the entire operation of the YouCoach department.
• Assist the GM in the operation of the Youfit location
• Manage administrative responsibilities including employee paperwork, YouCoach payroll, etc.
• Assist in the development of Youfit front desk staff.
• Create additional traffic & generate sales.
• Responsible for daily sales & production reports.
• Create and maintain the staff schedule according to Youfit standards and the club's needs.
• Must participate in the quality and management of the Youfit location.Must maintain all records per local and federal legal requirements.
• Informs all staff of new policies.
• Must promote & inform employees of all marketing promotions.
• Must create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, & guests.
• Director or Director in Training must obtain a preferred certification (or a certification deemed satisfactory by the Area or SRM team) within 60 days. Failure to do so may result in termination.

YouCoach Trainers Responsibilities & Requirements

Our YouCoach Trainers must have team spirit with a dynamic personality that absolutely encourages their clients to achieve their goals of weight loss and general fitness. As the face of of Youfit our YouCoaches are out going, approachable, constantly branding Youfit through their personalities. If you are truly looking to make a difference in peoples life, the WE WANT YOU!!!

• The YouCoaches must have an approved valid certification and or fitness educational background and be willing to enhance their knowledge through our ( PTAG ) Bridge Course.
• The YouCoaches must maintain client folders
• The YouCoaches must prepare workout plans for their clients
• The YouCoaches must assist the staff in booking assessments and making calls
• The YouCoaches must follow up with clients
• The YouCoaches must be willing to learn how to do YF fitness assessments ( via Visual Fitness Planner ) V.F.P. and assist in driving club revenue.
• The YouCoaches must encourage their clients to achieve their goals
• The YouCoaches must manage their client retention and have have sales ability
• The YouCoaches must have sincere desire to help others achieve their goals.
• The YouCoaches must work closely with their team and the GM to maintain member relationships & cultivate referrals.
