Looking for an amazing opportunity in a new startup concept?  Strip’s Chicken is a “Completely Different . . . And Absolutely Better” fast food restaurant opening their first location in on East Santa Fe, just west of I-35 in Olathe, Kansas.   This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to be part of something that is going to be BIG! You will be working directly with the owner, Todd Johnson, who is a well-known restaurant consultant recently featured on Bravo TV.  Mr. Johnson is paying top wages and offering excellent benefits to find the best friendly, dependable, team-orientated, honest and hard-working employees from all ages and backgrounds – no experience is necessary. 

Strip’s Chicken is making fast food real, so almost everything is made fresh from scratch!  We will be serving chicken strips, pork burgers, salads, 10 sides, and fresh donuts all day.  Be sure to checkout our Kickstarter campaign video, our website, or our Facebook page for additional information and copy of our innovative menu.

Strip’s is opening in August, 2016, in a former Wendy’s.  It might still look like a former Wendy’s from the outside but the inside will be fresh and comfortable.  The exact opening date could be as early as August 1st but likely will be later in the month, depending on the remodeling progress.  There will be about a week of training, prepping and cleaning prior to our opening.

Stable Schedules
We will have a “donut robot” making fresh donuts continuously throughout the day.  Our shifts will stagger a bit but to give you an idea, our first shift will start around 5:30am and go until 11:30am.  Our second shift will be around 11am to 5pm and our third shift about 4:30pm to 10:30pm.  You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to work around your activities but for the most part we plan to have the same people working together during each shift.  We will also have some openings for part-time help as well!

Closed Sundays
 Strip’s Chicken will be closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.  Occasionally we may have extra cleaning, training or special events on Sundays.

Top Pay and Benefits
 None of the Strip’s Chicken full-time employees will ever make less than $10 an hour and most will make much more than that.  Full-time employees will have an opportunity to receive weekly and annual bonuses in addition to cost sharing on health, life, disability and cancer insurance.
