Hourly Team Member Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Cashier, Customer Service, Kitchen or Deli experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Cleans equipment which may include work tables, refrigerators, cutting and slicing and other equipment
  • Cleans utensils, pots and pans by washing them by hand or place them in a dishwashing machine
  • Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in dining area and transport soiled service ware and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Returns clean utensils, pots and pans to their proper places
  • Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
  • Cleans walls, windows and steam cleans trashcans
  • Sweeps, mops, scrubs and buffs floors using heavy equipment
  • Stocks, dates, rotates and checks temperature of product Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck
  • Loads and unloads supply trucks
  • Willing to help bus tables or cook during peak
  • Follows all security and safety procedures established by the Company
  • quickly and efficiently remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
  • Have working knowledge of the service language for our guests.
  • Be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
  • Be able to work and be in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
  • Must adhere to the established appearance guidelines.
