As a Shift Leader you will be:

1. Ensures a safe and secure environment is maintained by following Skyline procedures and enforcing corporate policy as well as state and federal laws pertaining to minor employees.

1. Lead and demonstrate Skyline Time service and ensures all employees provide this level of hospitality.

1. Supervise employees and prepare food to ensure quality products are served to all customers.

1. Supervise and perform cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Practices W.I.N. (What’s Important Now) on all shifts.

1. Performs daily required administrative duties including cash, food and labor control procedures.

1. Assists in the training of team members utilizing the Skyline Time Training Programs.

1. Performs any and all other tasks assigned.
