Handle calls/email, shipments, problem resolution, and effective interpretation of customer request.
Manages client relationships.
Coordinates flow of inventory.
Processes and monitors shipping and receiving transactions and documentation, including, but not limited to receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirming shipments for specific customers to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Work with other departments to ensure efficient and timely communication.
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Manages customer information using WMS and Microsoft Office Products and generates reports for customers per their requirements
Works continuously responding to and delighting customers; going above and beyond expectations by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Researches, resolves, and communicates customer, inventory, order and inbound discrepancies
Follows safe work practices and supports our safety programs.
Prefer Experience & Skills
1 - 2 years of 3rd Party Logistics and customer service related experience.
Previous experience in utilizing warehouse management systems.
software, data entry, and internet experience.
Bilingual in Chinese and English required
Strong talent for multi-tasking and competing priorities
Highly organized; attentive to details
