Automotive Lube Technician - Full-time / Part-time

WHO YOU ARE:
The ideal person for our company will have knowledge of how and why to perform preventative maintenance on vehicles, ability to identify cracked belts, leaking engine compartments and any other safety/mechanical issues a vehicle has that could be obvious to a trained eye/ear of the technician. We have technicians that can diagnose and fix the problem, we need you to spot it while working a "hood" or doing a vehicle inspection.

HOW YOU GET PAID:
-Hourly wage: Start @ $10/hour and  goes up if you are knowledgeable and can produce service sales

-Lube: Every vehicle has maintenance requirements, it's up to you to recommend and sell them. The more you know, the more you can sell. (Air/Cabin filters, PM services, Batteries, etc..) Commissions on these items are higher than any place you've worked. 

-Mechanical: With a fully equipped state of the art repair facility, you can recommend belt replacements, identify oil leaks, identify unusual sounds, etc. and make commission on the job. IDENTIFY and GET PAID

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Hood Technician

-Primary responsibility is customer service and vehicle maintenance
-Responsible for inspecting the customer's vehicle and recommending scheduled maintenance items     and repair.
-Once a repair is identified, the service advisor will create an estimate for you to present to the customer along with your service recommendations
-Strong verbal skills are required
-You will have an important role in the customer's overall experience.
-Competitive hourly based pay with sales commissions and bonuses.
-Mechanical knowledge is preferred

State Inspector

-Responsible for correctly performing state inspections in a timely manner
-Must have strong verbal skills in order to communicate with the customer regarding their vehicle -- including how to correctly sell items to pass a vehicle
-Competitive hourly based pay with commission for each state inspection and sales
