Position Requirements
Qualified applicants for the Customer Service Center Representative will meet the following minimum requirements, as described below:
MUST be able to work either 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM).

The Customer Service Center Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monitoring, managing and responding to numerous remote security systems
- Remote handling of emergency and non-emergency situations at client sites (fire alarms, access control, and visitor assistance).
- Documentation of issues, notification to supervisory personnel and handling of all customer service calls in a timely manner
Position Requirements
Qualified applicants for the Customer Service Center Representative will meet the following minimum requirements, as described below:
MUST be able to work either 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM).
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proven record of stability and good attendance in past positions
- Must be available to work weekends
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
