Requirements

The Customer Service Representative position requires:

  • Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A High School Diploma (Or GED equivalency)
  • Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Must be experienced with standard business applications including MS Office using a PC
  • Experience with multi-tasking – Including talking with customers under a tight timeframe and working with multiple computer windows at one time
  • Flexible schedules are very important as your shift can be anywhere from 6:45am-9:00pm, and weekend availability is also a must
  • Background check will also be conducted

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for:

  • Responsible for all customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
  • Solve to resolve issues on first call
  • Thrives as a team player
  • Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
  • Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms - assisting the customer with the correct price plan
