Customer Service Specialist

 

As part of our  team, you will proactively participate in the marketing and new business development cycle as well as serve as the primary point of contact on the retention of assigned key customer accounts and accounts where problems have been introduced and resolved.

 

This is an excellent career opportunity that will increase your industry expertise and consultative skills. You will develop customer specific, value added services to effectively manage assigned accounts. You will also be an advocate for your customers by addressing service and strategic account needs, and coordinate with the appropriate supervisor or member of management for resolution and implementation, while proving the Company's services are invaluable.

 

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Provide technical assistance to customers regarding their account needs and coordinate efforts between departments regarding the customer's needs

 

Serve as an advocate for our customer account service needs while proving the company s value to the customer

 

Address and resolve service/shipping/quality/warranty issues and questions

 

Provide updates regarding customer's order status proactively and as needed

 

Expedite orders per customer instructions, ensuring the customer's needs and expectations are managed and met

 

Communicate to customer the value of our services, demonstrate our ability to respond to customer s needs, that differentiate us from competitors

 

Overcome any servicing objections and obstacles to continue the sales cycle

 

Deliver outcomes at meetings along with recommendations for enhanced results

 

Research the needs of prospective and current clients

 

Build long-term relationships with our customers to enhance retention and identify opportunities to cross sell and generate additional service revenue

 

Engage appropriate resources in order to address customer s needs
