  • Sell premium products and programs
  • Motivate and train installer accounts from a classroom setting, to on the drive sales training and also shop Technician equipment training. Will require a comfort level of speaking in front of large groups.

  • Establish market strategies that support long term sustainable sales and profit growth within the competitive landscape.

Valvoline is seeking a VPA Specialist to join our team.

A Valvoline Professional Series (VPS) Chemical Specialist will manage the north Florida markets overall VPS chemical business to maximize category profits and increase market penetration. The primary responsibility of the VPS Specialist is to work with the existing customer base in order to increase their chemical penetration rate and maximize their performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; would consider industry experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years sales experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry, either Automotive Dealership or Chemical Sales service business preferred.
  • Possess a basic level of mechanical aptitude and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and influence with clients.
  • Capable of being comfortable holding conversations with automotive technicians up to CEO's of major corporations.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point), Lotus Notes/Outlook, Saleforce.com, SAP/BW helpful.
  • 40% Travel Required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
