About this job

Oldsmar, FL  company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide Clerical and Human Resources support in several key areas.  Will report to the Human Resources Manager.

 

Pay $14-16/hr.

Excellent company offering benefits and growth potential.

Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

 

Duties include:

         Employee Relations, new hire packets, benefit packets, birthday lists, etc.

         Processing payroll

         Processing pre-hire documentation, new hire orientations, and background checks.

         Prepare and maintain OSHA logs, EEO-1 info. etc.

         Prepare termination paperwork, conduct exit interviews, etc.

         Benefit administration including; assisting with open enrollment process, answering questions about benefit eligibility, and conducting new employee enrollment meetings.

 

Requirements Include:

         Previous experience within a human resources department.

         Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

         Payroll processing experience is a MUST

         Ability to communicate  well in English.

         Present a conservative professional and friendly demeanor.

         Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
