**Job Summary**

Location: Miami, FL

Working with the Construction Management joint venture partners, and reporting to the Office Manager, the candidate will perform clerical duties and office functions. Proof and record data from various sources, research and answer basic to complex inquiries, sort and deliver mail, type documents, and work with office forms and procedures.

Works cooperatively with others displaying good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

**Minimum Requirements**

0-2 years of experience in a business setting.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, word and powerpoint) . Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an office environment.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Basic understanding of construction terminology, so as to handle contracts, drawings, and other supporting documentation. Ability to learn new systems or databases that are proprietary to construction.
