Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Fontana's Italian, a fixture in Silicon Valley for over 30 years, is seeking qualified candidates for Assistant Restaurant Manager - South Bay (immediate availability). 

-You have done it all and trained it all. Hosts, Servers, bussers, runner, bartenders.
-Insures exceeding expectations for every guest, from Greeting, Name Face Recognition, to Thanking and Inviting Return.
-A Coach and trainer who leads and follows through on all standards of Service and Food.
-Experience with Banquets and Catering with a strong emphasis on driving in new business/clients.
-Experienced on Aloha POS both FOH as well as back office programing. Can fully use and train.
-Manages scheduling to achieve great service and to meet labor cost goals.
-Extensive experience with Word and Excel for use with: Schedules, Training Procedures, Menu and -Specials, Inventories, Internet Promos, and Guest Thank You's.
-Must posess strong Office and Paperwork skills with a great attention to detail.
-Calls on Local Businesses, Hotels, to promote Restaurant Business.
-Proven record of building sales and guest counts.
-Punctual, you exceed standards you set for others.
-Multi-tasker, Knows what is going on at every table with every step of service.
-Highly organized with an emphasis on systems and procedures.
-Strong math and computer skills required.
-You complete all tasks accurately, beating deadlines. You don't leave till problems are resolved.
-Ability to lift 25 lbs. with ease.
-You normally work 50+ hours per week, 6 day schedules when needed, including nights and weekends.
