Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary

• Contact existing customers to renew their Sirius XM subscription.
• Offer promotions, update and maintain customer accounts using state of the art technologies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meeting reasonable sales targets (subscription renewal) while providing exceptional customer service
• We retain customers through discounts, promotions, the resolution of any issues, and providing a good customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma/ or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Must be good with people and have good social skills
• Must complete a background check
• Minimum of 3-6 months experience in a call center, retail, sales or customer service environment preferrred
