Customer Service Sales Representative

Vapor Range is looking for full-time associates who will be performing mainly computer tasks and handling customer phone calls for wholesale in Gardena, Ca. Required skills: *     Excellent communication skills both written and verbal *    Good people skills *    Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in daily interactions with customers *    Listening *    Empathy *    Conflict resolution *    Maintaining a positive attitude in a friendly matter *     Supporting all marketing, sales and business development *    Maintain good communication with members of corporate *    Detail orientated

Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Must have the ability to organize and multi-task. * Excellent copywriting, organizational skills and detail oriented * Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment with a sense of urgency * Experience with Microsoft Office programs * Ability to read and interpret instructions * Must be 21+ * Must be able to work at least 9 hours a day Preferred Requirements: * Must have solid computer skills. (MS Office, MS Outlook, internet, search engines, etc) * Bi-lingual preferred * Basic knowledge of electronic cigarette and accessories

Must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: $10.50/hour (for first 3 months) / $13/hour (after 3 months)
