Hickory Farms is seeking energized Seasonal Area Managers who are passionate about creating a memorable holiday retail experience. As a Seasonal Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of a group of our holiday stores.

As a Seasonal Area Manager, you will…
- Maintain a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- Meet sales goals, merchandising, operations, staffing, supervision, training and development, inventory management, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to company set guidelines and policies
- Assist Regional Manager in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of Seasonal Store Managers and Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associates
- Implement all Hickory Farms’ retail selling strategies and guidelines
- Coordinate and assist with set up and tear down of kiosks at beginning and end of season
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 - 10 years of successful sales, marketing and operating multi-unit experience
- Strong background in retail or customer service management
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, kneel down, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work long, full-time hours from October through December 2016. Seasonal Area Managers must always be accessible and on call for business needs.
