The Field Service Representative is a customer service professional who likes to make a difference to customers and can go the extra distance to make a great impression on our guests and build loyalty. This position will be based out of our office in Woodland Hills and the schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with overtime some days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review daily reservation schedule and coordinate client Meet and Greets
  • Conduct guest pre-arrival calls and track status, ensuring guests receive world-class customer service
  • Responsible for key management including move-in and move-out packages, replacements and master keys
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-active communication and commitment to resolving customer issues/problems
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, support functions and the sales organization
  • Respond to customer questions regarding properties, move-in/out procedures
  • Troubleshoot phone, cable and internet issues
  • Act as a liaison between District Office, Home Services and all after-hours companies; follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Conduct site tours including escorting prospective residents around properties to introduce them to the community amenities and available units
  • Participate in apartment inspections prior to new resident move-in
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in a client service focused position a plus
  • Ability to present an "above and beyond" attitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of client contacts
  • Self-motivated and a high comfort level with working independently
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and execute solutions
  • Ability to travel within the South Bay area with own car (mileage on the job reimbursed)
