Retail Counter Associate - Full-time / Part-time

The Press is a rapidly growing dry cleaning and laundry shop with multiple locations in the DC metro area. Voted Best Dry Cleaner in 2015 and 2016 by The Washington City Paper, we are looking for energetic and outgoing people to join our team as assembly production staff. By joining our team, you have an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and an opportunity to grow with us as we expand our company. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma required, some college preferred
• No dry cleaning experience necessary

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be detail oriented to provide consistent quality in outgoing orders 
• Must be able to learn and operate our fairly simple POS system
• Must have excellent communication skills for the customers and fellow staff
• Must be a cooperative employee ready for constant improvement
• Must be able to resolve internal corporate conflicts in a professional and respectful manner such as issues with other staff members or protocol
• Must maintain professionalism through clean and proper attire 

Pay is market competitive and commensurate with experience.

Position is expected to start immediately.
