Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Full time, permanent position for a customer service representative in Union, IL. This is a great entry level position with a great company!

Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (8 am – 5 pm for training)

Pay: $9.50/hr

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:

• Providing customer service to incoming calls or emails,
• Completing sample request forms for sample department,
• Sorting mail, and distributing to appropriate departments,
• Completing forms for any changes on files in house,
• Calling on orders regarding shipping updates,
• Evaluating and reviewing purchase orders and retrieving artwork received daily,
• Getting rushes approved, contacting customers to discuss potential art problems and/or purchase order discrepancies,
• Preparing art worksheets for artist to process the artwork,
• Retrieving proofs and verifying that all necessary information has been initialized.

Customer Service Rep Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Type 30-40 words per minute
• Be detail oriented
• Great organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
