Tire Salesman - Full-time / Part-time

1. Assists customers when considering the purchase of company products; additionally promotes “add on sales” when it is discovered that customers have a need for additional products or services.
2. Achieves established sales goals.
3. Responsible for execution of all company programs, policies, and procedures.
4. Attends weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as required.
5. Responsible for customer service area and for hosting waiting customers.
6. Assists in consistent opening and closing of location based on store hours of operation.
7. Assists in maintaining and safeguarding company facilities and assets.
8. Assists Store Manager in all functions of inventory control including month end physical inventory.
9. Assists in the completion of any necessary reports including the tracking and monitoring of daily sales and gross profit.
10. Assists management with the organizing, documenting, and processing of all adjustments.
11. Assists with merchandising, advertising, and promotions to effectively market product.
12. Receives and dispatches telephone calls in accordance with company policy.
13. Prepares necessary sales documentation such as warranties, service agreements, and the recording and registration of tire sales.
