Job Summary

• Visits potential customer locations, write estimates, closes sales and performs callbacks.

General Accountabilities

• Cold calls on prospective customers using the systematic method taught by the company. Targets 35-50 visits per day. 
• Writes estimates. Targets 15-20 estimates per day.
• Calls back open estimates
• Clearly communicates job components, schedules and needs with Management.
• Establishes relationships with janitorial, maid, maintenance and property management companies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time

Job Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
• Preferred Experience: 2-3 years or combined education and experience.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, clients, customers, and the general public.

Physical Demands

• Occasionally required to sit, stand or walk.
• Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Occasionally required to talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds).
