Position Summary

Zagg has an exciting opportunity to join our brand new retail location in the Saint Louis Galleria. As the face of Zagg, The Sales Associate will be expected to provide World Class service to our customers by identifying customer's needs and providing appropriate solutions with Zagg's innovative products that enhance their mobile experience. The Sales Associate will assist customers with sales and questions concerning all ZAGG products. The Sales Associate will perform installations of all Zagg protection products as requested. . With multiple product awards, Zagg is the industry leader in screen protection with our world-renowned InvisibleShield products and mobile Bluetooth(R) keyboards. We also offer top-selling personal audio products with our fun and playful iFrogz brand. The Retail Sales Associate will be a proud champion of Zagg's products and culture.

The Retail Sales Associate will be Responsible for:

• Greet and assist customers with purchase of all Zagg products and upselling
• Provide professional installation of Zagg protection products on customers electronic devices
• Recommend different products pertaining to the customer's needs
• Maintain expert knowledge of all Zagg branded products
• Assist with inventory counts
• Must have regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Position is part-time

Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail or similar sales environment
• Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Must be highly motivated and driven
• Basic computer skills
• Represent Zagg in a positive and professional manner
• Zagg product Knowledge preferred
• High ethical standards and personal qualities
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills/team oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers (both written and verbal)
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays - part time hours
