Customer Service Representative

LOCATION: Tigard, OR

SALARY: $12.27 hour during temp to hire/training, $14 hour when hired on.

NW Staffing Resources is partnering with a fantastic company in the cellular industry that is experiencing a tremendous amount growth. You will be taking in-bound calls from customers setting up new accounts, assisting with current accounts and helping troubleshoot issues and problems. This is a call center environment. Must be flexible with schedule. Shift and hours will be an 8 hour shift that will fall within 5:45am-8pm. Shifts days are Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. There is a flex day option in the middle of the shift week where you can choose to work or take time off to take care of appointments and other things in your lives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year’s exceptional customer service experience Must have basic computer skills/typing ability Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications Have stable employment history with a track record of success Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone The ability to actively listen and communicate with our customers, like an expert Be able to multi-task and provide explanations in simple terms A basic understanding of cellular phones and cellular industry is preferred, but not necessary
