Among many responsibilities, this position is involved in the following activities on a regular basis:

Develops a relationship and business understanding with customers in order to recommend sales building, staffing, cost control, and compliance solutions.  Partners with home office to deliver inspirational experiences in the Solution Center Kitchen for our customers and employees.  Plans, schedules, prepares, and evaluates  special events, broker visits, demonstrations, and product training.  Cross trained to perform the following functions:  cashiering, member services, general maintenance, and cleaning

 

Key qualifications and requirements for this position include:

Education:

  • High school diploma or general equivalent degree required. Hospitality or Culinary training preferred.

 

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • At least two years previous culinary or hospitality management experience

 

Knowledge/ Skills / Abilities:

  • Must have basic culinary skills, including knife skills, familiarization with culinary terminology, experience in operation and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens,  grills, fryers, dishwasher, etc).

  • Must have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment

  • Must have the ability to work 6-8 hours standing and frequently bend and lift up to 40 pounds.
