Winter Park Resort is Currently Hiring for a Call Center Accounting Manager! 

The Call Center - Accounting Manager is responsible for management of the Winter Park Central Reservations and Winter Park Resort Lodging departments' revenue functions within the Call Center, financial reporting, accounts payable and operating/expense budgets. Annually, the Winter Park Call Center processes payments on over 20,000 booked reservations. The Accounting Manager is expected to maintain proper accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial records. The Accounting Manager reports directly to the Call Center Director and also works closely with the IT and Finance Departments at Winter Park and the Intrawest Denver office on reporting and development of system interfaces and updates to the Call Center accounting process. The Accounting Manager supervises one Staff Accountant Lead, one seasonal Accounting Agent. 

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the ski/ride resort, hospitality, or tourism industry desirable
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer functionality required, including word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to learn and understand a variety of computer programs in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a team situation with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Trustworthy and handles confidential information in an appropriate manner.
• Working experience with some or all of the following computer programs: Inntopia, Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), SMS, JDE, RTP, Globalware desirable
• Mature and professional attitude to execute job requirements and sound decision making ability in prioritizing the work load.
• Previous experience in a guest services position is desirable
• Previous employment with Intrawest, Lodging Division or Call Center desirable
• Valid Colorado Driver's License ad clean motor vehicle record desirable

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting is preferred
