The Human Resources department is looking for an individual to fill the role of seasonal Human Resources Associate-Receptionist. This position will report to the human resource generalist. Primary functions for this position include assisting our employment staff with the seasonal hiring process by greeting applicants, explaining our hiring needs, preparing for seasonal employee orientations, screening applications, phone screening potential candidates, scheduling interviews, completing paperwork, entering requisitions into our internal requisition system and various projects as assigned.
Qualified applicants must maintain a professional image and possess exceptional communication skills in order to communicate effectively with our applicants. These positions will require a high level of organization due to performing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced work environment. In addition, qualified applicants should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The Seasonal Human Resources Associates must maintain a high level of confidentiality while performing the responsibilities of these positions.
Experience, Education & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred but not required. Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has a strong capacity to multi-task.
