About this job
Staffmark is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service go-getter to join the team at a large insurance provider in Central Austin. The ideal employee will have attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a motivated work ethic. This is long term temp to hire position.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
-Inbound and outbound customer service calls
-Invoice generation, data entry, A/R duties
-Accurately document claim information and updates
-Operation of office machinery
-Scan, organize, and file insurance claims/documents
-Other duties as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in an Customer Service Role
Bilingual; read, write speak (Spanish/English)
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to take direction and multitask
