MUST HAVES:
Customer service experience, this does not have to come from call center. Can be from retail or another customer service orientated job. Must be able to comfortably operate a computer. Must be able to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner. Candidate must have the motivation for continuous learning and improvement. Must be available to work on the weekends

Day to Day Description:
Candidates will take inbound phone calls only! They will handle calls primarily for payments, and start up services. During and after phone calls CSRs will be responsible for documentation. This will require our candidates to utilize multiple databases to code and document each call accurately. They will have a QRG-Quick Reference Guide that will assist them call coding and whether or not they need to escalate the call.


Candidates must have availability between the following hours for day, evening and overnight shifts:
- DAY- 6:00am-7:00pm
- EVENING- 4:30pm-12:00am
- OVERNIGHT- 12:00am-8:30am
