��Job Specific Details:��
1-2 years of Hospice or critical care experience preferred. The qualified candidate will need to have a flexible schedule, strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to case manage a case load of 12-15 patients, demonstrate ability to work within a team collaboratively and cooperatively.
