New position created! We are looking to hire a Quality Engineer to our growing team.
This Quality Engineer will be partnering with a Process Engineer to act as the liaison between the customer and NPI team. Making sure all quality and processes are in check.
This Quality Engineer will be planning projects, developing product quality, understanding the process of the product, checking quality of data, making sure we are in line with regulations, etc.
Qualifications:
ï‚· Four-year technical degree in an applicable field with 5-years of related experience.
ï‚· Extensive working knowledge of 21CFR820 preferred.
ï‚· Experience working in a CGMP environment preferred.
ï‚· Green/Black Belt or ASQ certified engineer preferred
ï‚· Knowledge of PPAP.
ï‚· Requires statistical process control and problem-solving skills.
ï‚· Ability to read assembly prints, drawings, and schematics.
Essential
ï‚· Cultivate satisfied customers through problem prevention and mitigation, expedient no repeat problem solutions and continual process improvement.
ï‚· Medical device product introduction and process validation.
ï‚· Maintenance and control of a Cleanroom environment to ISO 14644.
ï‚· Support regulatory audits and inspections.
ï‚· Maintenance and control of calibration systems.
ï‚· Execute, maintain and control of corrective action systems.
ï‚· Develop, maintain and control quality work instructions and forms.
ï‚· Interaction with customers to identify and resolve quality issues.
ï‚· Interaction with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues.
