Aerotek Inc. is currently accepting applications for the Contractor Care Representative position within Tempe, AZ. This position is within our national servicing center focused on our top national accounts. Job Summary:

The Contractor Care Representative will manage the contractor experience by providing world-class customer service from hire through rehire and will proactively manage communication related to essential job functions. The Contractor Care Representative is responsible for ensuring our contract employees receive superior support in relation to all job related questions, concerns or issues. .The CCR will work with all appropriate Aerotek support groups to address contractor questions and requests. Such support groups include, but are not limited to: FSG, HR, OSG, etc.

Essential Functions:

  • Establishing regular Contractor touch points and seeks feedback from contractor on satisfaction of the assignment, applicability of job match and work with SDO leadership to provide feedback to the end client or MSP.
  • Assist in Benefits administration (i.e., answering basic benefits questions)
  • Addressing contractor frequently asked questions pertaining to the assignment, pay, benefit, etc.
  • Proactively engage existing contractor population nearing end of assignment to begin the rehire process.
  • Work with Contractor Care team to ensure seamless transition from active employment status to candidate for future jobs.
  • Manage and provide performance feedback to predetermined number of contractors
  • Manage changes on current assignment
  • Soliciting referrals and account intelligence
  • Communicate with peers by sharing best practice and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain client knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads
  • Assist with the Unemployment Process including claims and hearings
  • Assist with Worker's Compensation claims including education, providing direction and support to the injured employee, and assisting with identifying necessary alternate light duty locations or assignments.

Minimum Education/Experience/Abilities/Skills:

  • Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service
  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Customer service
  • Business acumen
  • Computer skills / MS Office suite
