MENTOR Oregon also operates an innovative Brokerage Services program, which coordinates self-directed support services to over one thousand Oregonians with developmental disabilities so they may live as independently as possible. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.
