Ice Cream Maker

The overall responsibility of an Ice Cream Maker is to ensure the store is adequately stocked with ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and ice on a daily basis.

Job Duties:

• Produce ice cream, yogurt, sherbet, ice
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Possess working knowledge of ice cream making equipment
• Clean & sanitize ice cream making equipment
• Complete flavor sheet daily
• Scoop ice cream on an as-needed basis

Qualifications: The position of Ice Cream Maker requires organization, cleanliness and attention to detail. Prior food/ice cream preparation experience helpful.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Position requires frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs. maximum, mainly into and out of a walk-in cooler/freezer.
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.

Shift start times are flexible, but length of shift is determined by production required day by day
