Job Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are a real estate agent who leads clients through an entire property search, negotiation and transaction process. This career is for leaders who want to experience the fast-paced world of real estate where they will manage an extensive client and real estate portfolio. As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will oversee the selling and purchasing process of various properties. You will use your networking skills to create a portfolio of clients who are in need of real estate services. This position requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a portfolio of customers who are in need of real estate services
  • Provide guidance to clients as they purchase or sell their property
  • Negotiate terms of contract in real estate transactions
  • Manage and update your real estate listings portfolio
  • Understand your local real estate market
  • Communicate with clients before, during and after their real estate transactions
  • Initiate marketing strategies to maximize a property's selling potential
