Our client is searching for customer service/finanical call center support during busy season.

We are looking for 3-4 candidates to help out the Student Support Team in the Financial Aid Department.

Candidate is responsible for:
Taking a high volume of inbound calls (60-80/day)
Answering student's questions regarding billing and refunds
Will need to document each call-work within 2-3 systems
May need to transfer student to a different department
